Attorney Howard J. Wise started his career in criminal law more than 14 years ago at the Cook County State's Attorney's Office. During his term there, he handled criminal appeals, traffic cases, misdemeanors and felonies. As both a former prosecutor and a criminal defense attorney, Howard J.
